7. just got back from riu florida beach miami florida thought i`d share a few things with you all 1st rated as 4*!don`t know where they get that from i`d rate as 3* at best for america u`d expect luxury with 4 *s not here want to know whyit`s not an american hotel chain i`ts spanish hence the high proportion of spanish/hispanic staff and customers the main features that are good include garden and pool areas, waiting staff in the dining room, particlarly sureyda, who was wonderful for the whole time we were there and general cleanliness in the hotel the lifts continue to be a problem one which is ancient but working and the other which will be new when it`s done remember the spanish ownership here.
