8. The hotel obviously gathered it's four stars long ago and since then uses this status to charge overexpensive fees for everything to press every penny out of unsuspecting tourists while maintaining a very low-profile structure and staff.

9. But above all that, noone told us that both neighboring hotels were being reconstructed (pneumatic jackhammers and all that), the room safe costs 2$ per day, if you are in need of internet without your own gear, they charge you hefty 7$ for half an hour, and so on.
