3. To be fair, this was a minor hassle - the internet charge was removed from my bill and the staff offered to send a techie to fix the problem (not necessary as the lobby level had one hour of complimentary wifi access which worked fine).

7. The front desk person in the morning was great and helped me out with holding bags, getting a cab to the airport, and even giving me free wireless access in the afternoon though I had already checked out.

8. The biggest disappointment comes from no wifi in rooms (you have to pay for it which to my mind is unacceptable in the hotels of such class) even though there is free wifi in the lobby where you find most of the people surfing internet, and breakfast.

9. 'Basic' internet via ethernet cable was free, but insufficient to download documents from my office, so I paid for the 'faster' wireless internet, which was serviceable but not very fast.
