7. Valet was professional and didn't get mad when my boyfriend didn't tip him once (overlooked because we were rushing and he had to run back up to room and then the valet was gone when he returned).

8. I was pleasantly surprised when immediately after pulling up to the front door we were welcomed by an amazing and helpful team including Wheels (their valet) and Welcome Ambassadors (their bellman, they have different names for everything, which we found pretty cool!).

9. Most of the support staff (valet, room service, bell, bartender) is great, with the exception of the couple of the front desk ladies during the check out process.
