3. Positives - large, comfy bed, soft pillows, great Bliss spa toiletries, walk in shower, minuses - lack of facilities in room, no writing paper, shower cap, cotton wool, no facilities for making a hot beverage in the room, overpriced room service.

6. I loved the fact that at check in, they recognized me as a Starwood Preferred Guest and delivered a foam pillow (I didn't even remember that was in my profile).

10. I had a severe allergic reaction to the down pillows and the staff was there, removing and replacing all the linens from the bed.
