1. Most of the support staff (valet, room service, bell, bartender) is great, with the exception of the couple of the front desk ladies during the check out process.

8. On my first morning I went down to the lobby and asked for directions to breakfast to be begrudgingly told that there is a limited breakfast served in the bar area but I would be better advised to go back to my room and order room service like most other people.
