1. They have an Acura car service; if you arrange it in advance, a driver will drop you off at reasonably close locations, also saving money on cabs.

2. The rooms were clean and gorgeous, the location is great (close to many restaurants and the hotel is even attached to a food court which was great the days we didn't want to spend too much money on food).

8. Upon check out I could not even get a copy of the total bill staff ' sorry everything is broken at this desk' The W has an over inflated ego that for the business traveler is not not worth the money.
