1. Most of the support staff (valet, room service, bell, bartender) is great, with the exception of the couple of the front desk ladies during the check out process.

10. I didn't eat at any of the restaurants or use the bars at the hotel or right nearby (I know Atlanta pretty well at this point and where to go), so I can't comment on that, but the front desk was courteous and professional, if a little standoffish, but I find this is not uncommon for W Hotels.
