3. Hotel is not centraly located, but it's just a 10-15 minutes subway ride to Times Square and we even walked that 40 streets - if it's good weather it's a nice walk.

7. The Hotel is right on Broadway so it was an easy and pleasant walk into the heart of the city and the park was only a couple of blocks in the other direction.
