8. Also for any vegan/veggie travellers there was an absolutely gorgeous vegan restaurant only 5 min walk away called the Peace Cafe great value and delicious lattes and desserts.

9. A couple of minutes to the subway station at Broadway & 86th, a couple of minutes in any direction to dozens of good cafes and restaurants on Broadway, Amsterdam and Columbus and only 10 minutes stroll to Central Park.
