1. Fantastic location, quiet neighborhood, quick one minute walk to the subway(you must cross broadway to go downtown) The prices were fantastic for NYC.

2. Pro's- Cheap (well, cheap compared to other hotels in Manhattan)- Located right near a subway station which made getting into the downtown area nice and easy- Clean - I guess when the rooms are this tiny there's not much to clean.

3. Even though it's in the Upper West Side and not Lower Manhattan where the action is, I will stay there from now on as I like to get away from the mayhem of downtown.

5. For the NY standards the hotel is great, excellent position close to subway or bus going downtown, many shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood (Starbucks, Gap, Dunkin' Donuts, CVS.
