1. A few blocks from Central Park, one block from subway which went directly to Times Square and then Chelsea, loads of restaurants/bars within walking, car rental locations were just 3 blocks away, and more of a neighborhood feel than strictly tourists.

6. The front door was wide open with no one watching it, and so were hall windows that opened to fire escapes with no screen or bars.

7. The only inconvenince I found that there were no towel bars in the small bathroom (Big deal!) but there were ample, fluffy towels provided.
