1. I didn't have any issues with the staff on check-in or check-out, there were no problems with my reservation.

2. They did have some sort of off-putting signs something to the effect of if you are one minute past the noon check-out they'll have you thrown in debtor's prison, but I was leaving early so it didn't become an issue.

3. After check-out you can leave your luggage in an unattended basement room at your own risk as per the notes posted and although you enter with a one-time-use-card and there never has been a problem, it feels uneasy as the room has no surveillance camera.

4. Check-in was fine (they let us check-in 2 hours early) and at check-out they stored our bags in storage until our flight.
