4. When I called a second time to inform of a further flight delay, Jonathan yelled, 'I already gave your friend the message!' Come to find out, he relayed my message to my friend only when she walked up and asked if she could check in (the reservation was in my name.

5. My friend was able to obtain 2 room keys and I paid for my portion of our stay without ever having to give my name or formally check in.

7. They have a luggage room and a shower/bathroom in the lobby to freshen up if your check in isn't for a while, or if you have already checked out.
