1. This is a hotel for the young partier, as partys where going on every night, which was nice, south beach is a few blocks away, nice walk.

2. You can easily walk to the beach (its not that far at all) as well as collins ave, lincoln road etc. If you are lazy and prefer to take a bus - it`s only 25 cents one way;) cab will cost you around 6 dollars one way.

3. I highly recommend this hotel unless you have to be on the ocean side, which is about a 15 minute walk.

4. There's relatively little to do in the immediate area, which means you have to walk a few blocks to get anywhere, and you have to walk about a mile to get to the beach.
