7. We got over the initial shock of that, we checked in with no problems, but when we tried to log on found you have to pay an extra 15 dollars a day to use the internet, there is an extra ""delivery charge for room service to, so one burger cost us 28.

From arriving at this hotel to leaving our overall experience was more like we had stayed in a 2* dressed up motel in Orlando than a5* stylish hotel (ala Mondrian LA, Sunset Blv)I understand we Brits like a cup of tea more than most but what is difficult for room service/front desk in understanding we would like a kettle for for the provided stove along with cups to drink out of and tea bags to make tea with.
