4. The concierge inside, was more interested in securing a private jet for a high roller in the hotel, than answering questions from other guests, and was quite rude to several guests who stopped for directions or suggestions.

8. The hotel has absolutely everything--an incredibly nice and helpful staff (a concierge with locks greeted us at the door as if we were old friends), a stunning lobby and breathtaking pool area with view of the Bay.
