An awesome bartender to start things off, drinks started flowing, and a pretty reasonably-priced bottle of wine, and a great server at Asia for dinner (yeah, we had to wait a bit for the table we wanted, and the restaurant's front desk could use a little more experience, but oh well, everything turned out great).

From arriving at this hotel to leaving our overall experience was more like we had stayed in a 2* dressed up motel in Orlando than a5* stylish hotel (ala Mondrian LA, Sunset Blv)I understand we Brits like a cup of tea more than most but what is difficult for room service/front desk in understanding we would like a kettle for for the provided stove along with cups to drink out of and tea bags to make tea with.
