I have a condo of my own on South Beach, two blocks from the beach on 8th street; I only stayed at the Mondrian because my management company had rented it out to someone else that weekend and I loved the Mondrian so much that I extended my stay twice, even when my own place had freed up and I could have stayed there for no cost.
