What really allows a hotel to be a success are the people that work there, and I have nothing but high praise for Maria Elena (Hotel Manager) to Dave & Kevin in the pool area, the Front Desk staff to all the concierges who were nothing but friendly, professional, sincere, helpful, comical, and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay extremely enjoyable.

8. The manager did however send up a bell man with a key for another room and for him to verify the room smelled like smoke.
