Every property has a bar in the lobby with patios/verandas that open up onto the

, furnished with ample comfortable seating for great people watching and lounging.

We changed rooms one last time to a great room, which was much bigger than the other two and faced the

, filling every corner with sun.

I've stayed at MANY of the hotels in South Beach and this one I would rate as average - its no where as bad as the reviews are stating and its right in the heart of SoBe - Wet Willies and News Cafe is literally around the corner from this hotel and of course the beach is across the
street
(Ocean Drive).

It's cross
street
is 9th, so you are in the middle of the 'touristy' area & a walk away from everything.
