4. That room also (118) is a the very back of the hotel but it is right in front of the back doors of the main restaurants od Ocean Drive where every early morning big trucks deliver food.

I've stayed at MANY of the hotels in South Beach and this one I would rate as average - its no where as bad as the reviews are stating and its right in the heart of SoBe - Wet Willies and News Cafe is literally around the corner from this hotel and of course the beach is across the street (Ocean Drive).
