3. So we ended up speaking with the spanish maintenance staff ourselves to resolve the issues with our room - which included: the door lock did not work, sewage water in the bath had backed up into the bath, a blocked toilet and cockcroaches.

We stayed at the chesterfield in may of 08it looked alot nicer then the other hotels in the area the room was beutiful flat screen tv ipod hook up whirlpool bath huge bed we stayed in 419 and unless your planning on staying out til 5am i would ask for a room change the room is on the other side of the bar and the walls are paper thin we got in at 3am and we were unable to even think about passing out it was so loud then when it closed the people stayed lingering outside our door til sunrise we asked for a room change after that.

7. the only bad thuing is the bathroom cuz its kinda small and there is no bath its just a shower from the ceiling.

There was no long line to check in or check out, there were no clogged-up drains in the sink or shower, the AC was working great, we got beach and bath towels upon request at the front desk, our room was never broken into and we weren't robbed, the beds were comfortable, there were no extra charges with our bill, and there were no bugs or other creatures in the room.

I took pictures of the bugs, the dirty bath tub ( this is after maid service has 'cleaned' ) the room with the door closed so you could see the inch and a half crack at the bottom where obviously the bugs crawled in and pictures of the overall unsanitary room to prove that 'yes, Chesterfield Hotel, you do have bugs.
