On our final days here (which we cut short) the last straw for us was when the housekeeping staff put dirty dishes back into the cupboards and didn't make our bed (even after we had left a substantial tip) we went down to see the manager and he was of no help and barely looked like he was out of high school.

6. My issue is that after a certain hour you can only get a security person and no actual front desk person or manager is available.

9. The manager came out after about 15 minutes and said that until WE investigated with our travel agent (back home due to the time difference they were closed already) that they could not give us the oceanfront we had booked.

10. They stated that they will usually shut down if there is no business but my husband had talked to the manager on Friday to let them know that we would be coming to the bar after our reception and he has said that they would stay open.
