1. We called the guy in charge of the unit, and he sent someone right over to clean.

3. The only negative I have is that the pool restaurant that is on property doesnt serve food or drinks until 4:00 now (last time they did all day) and that they are separate from the hotel so you can't charge to the room.

4. There was no additional charge for reort fee that other resorts on the Island wanted and free internet and parking.

5. Nothing in the resort is related - the spa, the restaurant, the cleaning staff, etc. Can't charge things back to your room (who wants to bring cash and credit cards to the pool to go to the 'unrelated restaurant' that never seemed open) - inconvenient at best.

6. When we checked in (Waipouli also allowed us to check in several hours early for no additional charge), we were notified that we had been upgraded to a nicer suite.

7. AND, they had overbooked the type of room we reserved so they automatically upgraded us to the same size suite with a full ocean view - at no additional charge.
