3. Small, dingy rooms, thread-bare carpet, the smallest bathroom ever, bad water pressure, impossibly leaky windows, frigid hallways with opened windows, and we called engineering about something at least once a day (windows couldn't be closed, toilet overflowed, no hot water, etc etc.) The free breakfast was not so great and the breakfasat room hardly cheery, so that didn't really help, either.

4. Tips: we were on 2nd floor and then 12th floor; water pressure can be a problem, and on the 12th floor the shower would quickly fluctuate to hot or cold, so staying lower is better.
