2. Overall, I would say that I would consider staying at CICPW again when I return to NYC, although I might be tempted to spend a little more money per night for something a little bit more spacious & luxurious.

8. Staying here on West 71st Street means you're in one of NYC's most desirable residential neighborhoods, and not stuffed into Times Square with the tourists, paying twice the money.
