1. So, the next morning when I was checking out I spoke with the manager and after a bit of a discussion she lowered the rate of our room by $10 a night.

He said 'the price on there isn't a queen room but a lower cost double' We went back and forth for a bit and eventually he said that they had a software change over the summer and that could have caused the problem and that I should talk to the assistant manager in the morning when I checked out.
