10. There may be some less than ideal rooms in this tall skinny Comfort Inn, and its one elevator does make for waits at times, but c'mon---it's an excellent location, and its staff, particularly Sam John (who's often the super-helpful man at the front desk) and the breakfast crew, are lovely.
