5. ) As I was lying in bed after a long drive from Grand Canyon to Anaheim and my long day at the Downtown Disney, I receive a phone call from the same gentleman that checked me in (which this time I caught and remembered his name: Greg) informing me they over booked my room type and that they are going to down grade me and refund one night.
