3. the rest of teh staff were all very pleasant but didn't appear to want to go the extra mile e.g.we had a hiccup with having booked a late check out, when we returned from our last monring in Disney, that hadn't been processed and we were locked out of the room, not an issue but for the fact that we were cold and soaking wet from the unexpected rain.

4. when we finally were served the error for not processing the late check out was recognised, but when asking for some quarters to use the dryer we were told there were none, which was not particualryl customer focused.

5. the morning our stay was ending the *hit hit the fan 1st check out is 11 , so why was room service opening my door before 10 with my family inside getting ready for the day?2nd my husband called our bank to check our funds because we were on a very,very tight budget but felt the kids that had been waiting all year deserved it regardless of a recession when we find that we were charged 318.00 for 2 nites 10 dollars for parking and some resort fee.

Upon arrival the front clerk stated to me that my credit card would be charged then,, which I thought odd but being as though it had been booked through a military travel agency but agreed thought it might even make check out go a lil smoother, so check in was fine got room keys, location of room was ok.

10. -4pm late check out for only $25-Refrigerator, microwave and a Safe for valuables-Toilet and shower were good-A/C worked fine, not too noisy-Relatively close to Disneyland although I would not call it within walking distance (not with 2 small children and temps in the upper 90's as was the case for us.
