1. Parking was free, which helped me in my decision to choose it over a 4 star hotel with parking fees.

2. We prefer inside access to our room and a shorter walk but there is the ART shuttle you can use for a fee.

5. what i was impressed on was that the fridge was big compared to other hotels iv stayed at!other hotels also charge a convience fee but not Cortona.

8. the morning our stay was ending the *hit hit the fan 1st check out is 11 , so why was room service opening my door before 10 with my family inside getting ready for the day?2nd my husband called our bank to check our funds because we were on a very,very tight budget but felt the kids that had been waiting all year deserved it regardless of a recession when we find that we were charged 318.00 for 2 nites 10 dollars for parking and some resort fee.

So as I stated earlier about our very stricked budget we ended up being over drawn Severly not just by the money they took out but several overdraft fees from our dinners, souveniers purchases, softdrinks purchases that should have only cost 6 bucks cost me 36 because of overdraft fees and so on and so on.

10. Parking is free but you have to pay extra hotel resort fee which we do not understand why.
