My husband volunteered to run back and get it since we had checked out less than a half hour prior, but I had the checkout receipt and said "why don't I just call and see if they can send someone up to grab it and hold it at the desk?" I did just that and explained that it was plugged in right above the desk in the same plug as the telephone.

3. Also another interesting sidenote about service- on the last day we packed up the car and headed to the pool until checkout time.

4. We came back after swimming (still before checkout time) to grab our dvd player and get on the road- and found our room had been gone into and the dvd player had been unplugged and moved from where we left it.

5. The front desk staff let us stay 3 hours after checkout in the pool till our shuttle came on the last day.
