1. We had emailed ahead to advise that we may arrive before check in time, and received an email to say that it was no problem and that it would be more than likely that our rooms would be ready early to which we were very grateful.

7. Everything was fantastic, they let us check in early, after a 12 hour flight that was much appreciated, they changed our room when i realised our window opened onto a brick wall letting no natural light in, and changed me again three days later when the internet wasn't working in our room.
