4. so we go to he desk to find out why we were charged that much,, when we were told that they always put a pending charge for more that your bill.

Needless to say i sent my husband to pay the bill with cash and then they only charged us $375, I thought alright they are rectifying their horrible treatment of us, WRONG, the Reclept said that there was a balance of $21 so in the morning I sent my husband back down there and they charged him another $100 +dollars.

I showed up a little while longer and gave him my key, it too did not work I knew that my card had not been demagnitized, it had been in my car's trunk the whole stay, so I went in to see what was going, and the front desk lady told me that they had expired our keys because we needed to pay our bill.

7. Since we were on a multi generational family vacation, we knew we couldn't afford the Hilton, so we had to go medium budget and The Cortona fit the bill.
