1. The front desk staff are pleasant and always smiling and the housekeeping manager was super helpful and very kind.

7. Now the manager refused to give us a refund stating we stated there the two nights when in reality we only stated there 2 hrs, check your security cameras and you would see we where in and our of your facility.
