Checked in to our room at 11 pm on the 21st, I went to take a show, half way through they shut the water off, and didn't bother to tell us, I had soap and shampoo all over me, I called the front desk complaining, all they said was we can bring you a bunch drinking water in bottles so you can finish showering, we will not stay at this hotel again.

2. The bathroom is small and I definitely didn't appreciate the hair that wasn't mine in the tub and shower on check in.

We were given room #512 and the floors were not vacuumed, shower drain was clogged, bathroom door would not lock (at one point my daughter was locked in the restroom), room smelled like mold and carpet in the bedroom was not tacked down properly which is a safety hazard since there were exposed wires/cables for the television.

8. The plumbing is old as well, so at peak shower times, you will get scalded, then you will freeze, and then you may only get lukewarm water.
