1. The hotel is some 8 miles from the (unexciting) downtown but located a 2-minute walk from the Biltmore Plaza outdoor mall with upmarket shops and expensive restaurants.

2. The best part about this hotel is it's location because it is only 10minutes away from Scotsdale, is right next to a mall full of designer clothing stores and grand restaurants, and is about 10-15minutes away from downtown Phoenix.
