1. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the housekeeping staff provided us with extra towels and cleaned our room without any inconvenience.

7. All I`m thinking is 'Who the heck is Michael Graves and where were the Heavenly Beds?' Only 3 towels on some days.

Secondly one morning we were not going out to a park and still had the do not disturb sign on the door at 9.15am - Guest Services rang to ask if we were in, as the maintaince guy was in the hall to fix a towel rail and the do not disturb sign was on the door!- I would of though common sense would of prevailed - good job we were not sleeping.

10. Room was big enough for us all, beds were very comfy and maids came in every day, towells changed sometimes twice a day.
