1. We were able to check-in earlier than usual which helped us get out and enjoy the parks- walking to Epcot and Hollywood Studios was ideal instead of waiting for the bus at other hotels.

2. Wonderful staff overall - lovely woman at the check-in desk sent the young birthday boy in our room a beautiful handwritten note and slice of cheesecake when we got back from the parks.

After I suggested they might like to pull their fingers out and help out a bit and they wondered off to get the luggage, check in was not so bad but the lobby could do with a bit of redecorating, the carpet looks like it was fited in the early 70`s and could make you physically naucios if you walked accross it too fast.

9. Check in was great, I forgot his name, but he upgraded us to balcony rooms (we were on a discount so I was not expecting that) and kept our rooms next to each other (we had 3 rooms).
