1. I have stayed at Starwood properties many times and the beds and pillows have been wonderful but this bed wasn't even close to comfortable.

2. Yes, the rooms are small but they have very comfortable beds (they are called heavenly for a reason) and great pillows.

6. mmmmm The room was not disney decorated but very nice the beds were very comfortable the down pillows were nice too We both did not complain of back or neck pain for 5 nights I guess I need a new mattress at home.
