1. The concierge were very helpful, they gave us some priority tickets to get into the Planet Holywood in Downtown Disney and for the Rain Forest Cafe in Animal Kingdom to celebrate our daughters birthday.

4. There is a great choice of TV and movies for charge and a good room service menu and facilities such as laundry etc. This is a large hotel and is well appointed for everything a buisness or leisure traveller; including a 24 hour internet centre and concierge.

5. The concierge was very helpful with Disney information and I did take the bus to Animal Kingdom and it was very quick.

6. By the way, I would rate most Disney Deluxe hotels also 3 stars, the Grand Floridian (which would actually have been cheaper for this stay) 4 stars maybe but only for the concierge lounge.

8. We called Concierge one morning to inquire about a breakfast reservation at a neighboring hotel and were told they cant make same day reservations, but I feel they could have offered to call and make sure the wait wasnt long before we ventured out.

9. Upon arriving after 10 hours of travel, I was not greeted by the concierge or the bell staff.

10. After spending an hour or two by the pool we headed up back to our room, and since it was Mother's Day I had arranged with the Concierge to send up a special fruit plate amenity to our room to surprise my mother.
