1. On the positive side, I liked the Bath and Bodyworks toiletries and the comfy beds.

3. There was a fully stocked mini-bar, Starbucks coffee suppies, and Bath and Body Works toiletries which all added a nice touch.

5. It was fairly clean however there was mildew growing on the caulk under the grab bar in the bath tub and it was pretty obvious.

6. We were told he retired and they haven't found an adequate replacement but we also heard that business is down and they have cut numerous positions (which we did notice at pool area) They use to have Bath and Body work products but these have been replaced with an unknown brand.

7. The room was clean and ok nothing much to them really beds were comfy and pillows were to, the baths in american hotels often seem to be alot lower than ours so be careful.

8. Upon inspection, the first room I was assigned had no iron, dark stains on the upholstery, a long black hair in the bath tub, unswept tile floor in the entry/bath area and a large dead mosquito in the middle of the bed.
