5. This is a common occurance in hotels (early a.m. alarms being set) and is probably one of the most important things that housekeeping should be checking when making up a room after people check out.

6. The staff was friendly(I ASKED FOR A LATE CHECK OUT AT 1PM AND THEY HAPPILY APPROVED WITH NO EXTRA FEE)Also if you go during the peak season the buses were never to crowded,unlike caribbean beach when most nights the bus had 40+ people.

9. When I called down to the front desk to utilize this service, the gentleman was unwilling to help me and he was totally unfamiliar with the options that they have for late check out, even though they are printed on their keycard sleeves.

10. Upon check out I refused to pay for the meal we had(n`t) received and also asked for them to discount some of the bill which they kindly did without too much fuss.
