1. We happily paid the $75 dollars cleaning fee as we were well aware of this before we arrived, we never got charged a resort fee but they did take a $200 swipe for breakages which will get refunded.

3. They will also try to sell you a $45 insurance policy (non-refundable) in case something happens to your room while you are there or do a $200 security deposit (refundable).

4. The staff werent that helpful, the 'shop' in reception doesn't offer refunds for any reason you can only exchange for other goods even if your purchase happened literally minutes ago.

7. one thing to be aware of is you have to pay a deposit of $200 which is fully refundable and a cleaning charge of $65 for cleaning the room when you leave there is no maid service.

10. well when we got there the reception staff were brilliant you pay about 74 dollars of clean services and a deposit of 200 which they refund you when you check out.
