1. We knew about the daily charge and the cleaning charge so were not surprised to get a bill at check-in but as we didn't get what we had to pay for, did think it was a rip-off.

We stayed in this paradise resort early april got caught in the volcanic ash situation and wanted the volcano to continue erupting so we could stay forever , it was that good, infact we were offered the chance to be put up by travel company free of charge in a hotel on I Drive ( which was a dump ) but paid ourselves to return to Bahama Bay for the extra days.

3. You must buy your own supplies offsite at a local retailer including toilet paper, soaps, coffee and coffee filters, detergent for the laundry and dishwasher etc. They also charge a cleaning fee that is separate plus a security deposit up front.

5. one thing to be aware of is you have to pay a deposit of $200 which is fully refundable and a cleaning charge of $65 for cleaning the room when you leave there is no maid service.

6. On arrival at the hotel I was asked for the $200 security deposit (which was returned) and the $65 cleaning charge which we had paid the year before, I was also told I had to pay the resort amenities charge which I think was about $6 a day.
