1. During past visits we have commented on the impolitness and unwelcoming reception staff but I have to say this time there was a vast improvment, I called ahead of check in to see if it would be ok to arrive early and was informed it would be fine and we also requested a late check out which was no problem and at no extra cost.

7. Beware of the fees that are added to the rates that has no value such as cleaning fee of US$65 which does not consist of daily cleanup - cleaning is done when you check out.
