I tried to call back to get the
manager
who I then explained to the situation and also explained no matter what the language was it was not professional for her staff to hang up on the guest, most of all they could've been a little more considerate of the situation from out of town guest, that had this booked for three months.

, named Carla, was particularly helpful and effective and resolved our issue by getting us a Grand Bahama Suite (which we were previously told was not an option as none were available).

never returned our phone calls (he had our cell phone and room phone numbers) and, at checkout, when I asked to speak to him, in front of other guests and staff, told me I was a liar and had made up the whole story.
