1. During past visits we have commented on the impolitness and unwelcoming reception staff but I have to say this time there was a vast improvment, I called ahead of check in to see if it would be ok to arrive early and was informed it would be fine and we also requested a late check out which was no problem and at no extra cost.

2. The room and resort is beautiful, but the extra costs and fees and general attitude killed this experience for me.

3. The food was very poor and when you look at the quantity, if not quality, of food you can get elsewhere in the area, very expensive, I would recommend it is avoided at all costs.

6. old and that WiFi technology was not available when the units were built and it would cost too much to upgrade all of the units Perhaps they need to look into adding it externally with a WiFi booster to provide internet to all of the units.

7. The extra costs are a bit of a shocker if youre not aware but having said that the cost of the condo is so cheap it doesnt bother us too much.

8. The supermarket is close by and we found the cost of living to be quite cheap, but the restaurants in the area are numerous and can work out even cheaper.

10. It was somewhat 'bruised and battered' and appeared to be marketed towards a population that steals anything that is not nailed down as we were constantly warned of what each item would cost to replace.
