1. Fantastic location great grounds, breakfast on the balcony of our condo, whilst watching the wild life, e.g. birds, turkeys, otters.

Just returned from Bahama Bay stayed for 2 weeks and we had a great time there its the kind of place that if you like some piece and quiet you can come back there after a busy day and relax on your balcony or if you like some company you can go to the pool area where other guests are chillling round the pool and enjoy a chat and a drink from Mambos bar the down side to the sitting round the pool in the evening they have karoke we found this amusing as most guests could not sing if their life depended on it but hey its a laugh the condo was everything that we needed we were very impressed security i was not impressed with most evenings when we returned from a day out there was no security on the gate and the barrier was left open but on the day before we were going home the security guard gave us a grilling on not having a Bahama Bay permit ( which you get given from reception on your arrival ) but if you leave this in the windscreen all the time it turns black due to the heat so hows was not on show was made to show the room key card when we asked why there was no security most of the time he told us he was doing patrols we did complain to reception but she changed the subject to something else reception also dont take reponsibility for things that might go wrong ie my son lost his tokens on 3 machines in the games room when i told reception was told nothing to do with them it was the company reponsible for the games machines nothing they could do ate buffet breakfast at Tradewinds it was ok but would rather have abreakfast at Bob Evans freshly cooked and eggs are fried not like most places where the breakfast is buffet which we found the eggs are always scramled loads of places to eat within a 10 to 15 minutes drive plan to go back next year but will stay at another condo complex prices in florida are so cheap that everything from food petrol clothes etc makes sense to go there compared with the rest of europe.

6. If you are eating out we would recommend Key W Kools Steakhouse for a nice meal, and for breakfast Cracker Barrel, particularly if you want to avoid the herds at the buffet restaurants.

7. We didn't use too many facilities, but breakfast in the Tradewinds Restaurant was good (not the selection you get in Sizzler, for example, but enough when not going out until later in the day) and we sunbathed on the man-made beach area near the pool by Tradewinds.

9. It was close to a pond and we had lovely views from our balcony - so nice eating breakfast out there, or sitting out after a day in the parks.

10. Only 2 issues -- no traffic light, so it makes exit/entry a bit difficult at busy times and I would recommend skipping the breakfast buffett at Tradewinds (on site Restaurant).
